Lunch

'Yin/Yang' Black & White Rice Rissoles

Serves with Sweet 'n' Sour sauce, braised Star Anise Carrots and garlic sauté Winter Greens.

 

Deep-Fried Millet and Vegetable Croquets, served with a Puy Lentil and Thyme sauce, baked Squash Moons,chilli Kale and beetroot pickles. 

 

Fresh 'herbed Pappardelle Pasta served with a creamy Leek, White Wine, Mushroom and Spinach sauce, Fresh Rocket & Almond Pesto

and optional Parmesan.(vegan)

 

A grilled vegetable & Tempeh Brochette with pomegranate & Caper Salsa, served with a Millet/Quinoa Tabbouleh, braised Carrot  ribbons and a wedge of lemon.

 

Rice and Toasted Sunflower seed Rissoles with a Puy Lentil & Thyme sauce, baked Butternut Squash & blanched Broccoli salad with a blood orange and Walnut oil dressing.

 

 Wild mushroom Risotto with Olive Tapenade and Fresh Rocket with optional Parmesan.

 

Deep-fried Roast sweet potato Empanandas

With Salsa Verde, Red Kidney Bean Salad and a garnish of mixed leaves.

 

Spring' wild Nettle Falafels, served with Spicy tomato sauce, warm pitta bread, tahini dressing and salad.

Sunday Brunch

Toast with butter, honey, jam or yeast extract

Fried mushrooms on sourdough toast with butter

American-style Pancakes with maple syrup

Porridge or granola with maple syrup & dried fruit compote

Warm Bagels with smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese

We also aim to serve consistently excellent coffees and invest in ongoing Barista training.


Our coffee beans are from a local Roastery that imports speciality coffee beans from 'Rainforest alliance suppliers.
